Day 1 - Arrival - Amboseli:
0540hrs: Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta Intl. Airport.Clear with customs and immigration.Exit the airport terminal and meet your driver guide.After your safari briefing proceed to BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir.Thereafter proceed to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to arrive in time for the feeding of the elephant calves (Included in the pacakge).1100hrs – 1200hrs: Feeding of the Elephant CalvesThereafter proceed to Giraffe Center (Included in the package), home of the endangered Rothschild Giraffe Center.Feed the giraffes and take photosProceed to a restaurant for lunch (payable direct by guest).Drive to Amboseli (approx. 4hours drive) to arrive in the late afternoon for a relaxed check-in.Dinner and overnight at stay
Day 2 - Amboseli:
Breakfast at the lodge.Thereafter, enjoy a full day game drive of the Amboseli National Park with lunch at the restaurant within the park.The Park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging Elephants among other species. The park is famous for its large herds of elephants, which can often be seen wandering the plains or bathing in the wetlands. Amboseli alone has 15 “Elephant Super Tuskers” of the 25 that are in the whole world.The other attraction of the Park is the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro which is the highest free standing Mountain in the World.Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 - Lake Naivasha:
Early rise followed by breakfast.0700hrs: Check-out and depart for Lake Naivasha with picnic lunch boxes.Drive: +6hrs.Enroute stopover at the Rift Valley View Point to see the Great Rift Valley.Proceed to Lake Naivasha where you will arrive at the resort.Check-in followed by lunch.Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure as you enjoy the various facilities and activities that the resort has to offer.Lake Naivasha is home to a variety of wildlife including over 400 different species of birds (making it a birdwatcher’s paradise) and a sizable population of hippos. The rich flora around the lake attracts a variety of animals that include buffalos, antelopes, giraffes, warthogs and monkeys.Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 - Masai Mara:
Early rise followed by breakfast.0700hrs: Check-out and depart for the fabled Masai Mara National Reserve (approx. 5hours drive).Enroute, stopover at Narok Town for a break.Proceed to the reserve where you will arrive at the lodge for check-in followed by lunch.Relax and freshen up.Afternoon tea/ coffee break at the lodge.1600hrs – 1800hrs: Depart for your afternoon game drive of the reserve in search of the game of the savannah.Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 - Masai Mara:
Optional 0600hrs – 0800hrs pre-breakfast game drive of the reserve.Breakfast at the lodge.0900hrs: Depart for your full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes.You will explore the reserve in search of its rhinos, elephants, elusive leopards, lions and other plains game. The reserve is world-renowned for its exceptional populations of lions, African leopards, cheetahs and elephants and has the largest population of black rhinos in Africa.The reserve has over 450 species of birds with almost 60 species being raptors. The birdlife includes vultures, secretary birds, crowned cranes, ostriches, long-crested eagles and the lilac-breasted roller, which is the national bird of Kenya.Between 1500hrs – 1600hrs: Arrive back to the lodge.Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 - Rift Valley:
Early rise followed by breakfast.0800hrs: Check-out and depart for Lake Elementaita (approx. 5hours drive).Arrive at the lakeside resort for check-in followed by lunch.Freshen-up before departing for your afternoon game drive of the Lake Nakuru National Park.This is among Kenya’s finest national parks, flanked by rocky escarpments, pockets of acacia forest and at least one waterfall. The park is gorgeous year-round and it’s home to both black and white rhinos, lions, leopards, hippos and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffes.1800hrs: Exit the park and drive back to Lake Elementaita.Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7 - Nairobi:
Early rise followed by breakfast.0700hrs: Check-out and depart for the Ol Pejeta Conservancy for a full day game drive.The conservancy has the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa and is home to the last 2 remaining Northern White Rhinos. You have chances of seeing lions, elephants, buffalos and many other plains game and if lucky enough, the elusive leopard.Today you will also visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, home to orphaned and abused chimpanzees from around Africa. You may also visit ‘Baraka’ the blind black rhino with chances to pat and feed him.Lunch will be enjoyed at Sweetwaters Serena Camp (included in the package).1700hrs: Exit the conservancy and drive back to Nairobi.Stopover at a restaurant for dinner (payable direct).2100hrs: Drop-off at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
